Community Partnership Helps Nearly 100 Local Teens
The 2018 Summer Youth Work Program at Louisa Ridge was a smashing success!
We were very excited to work closely with the Summit County Board of Developmental Disabilities as well as Summit County Jobs and Families Services!
A special thanks to ALL of the dedicated staff at Summit DD for the wonderful support and commendation throughout the entire Summer!
The Summer Work Program provides participating youths the opportunity to develop necessary Job Skills while engaging in Community employment work sites.
The participants not only reaped the benefits of competitive pay but also developed vital Job Skills such as teamwork, a strong work ethic and how to work through adversity.
